Ceres-Negros FC is scheduled to host JPV Marikina FC tonight, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Panaad Park and Stadium in the ongoing Philippines Football League (PFL).
The two clubs have met three times this season, with the first two resulting in wins for the Negrense side, 3-0 and 4-1 victories at the Rizal Memorial Stadium. More recently, however, the two played to a 1-1 draw earlier this month at the Biñan Football Stadium after Ceres striker Patrick Reichelt scored an equalizer in the 70th minute.
JPV Marikina is coming off a 3-0 loss to Davao Aguilas FC; while Ceres narrowly beat Global Cebu FC, 4-3, in their last PFL match.
The two are set to meet again on Saturday, June 23./JSG, WDJ
