The Negros Federation of Volleyball Enthusiasts, Inc. (NeFVEI) will be holding a refresher course from August 25 to 27 at the Montalbo Volleyball covered court in Bacolod City.

The event will launch new rules for the game, provide discussion on applying current trends in refereeing techniques, and will be handled by international referees Nestor Bello and Yul Benosa.

Pre-registration closes on July 30.
