BTTHS defends title

Bacolod Tay Tung High School (BTTHS) recently defended their JGM Invitational Volleyball Tournament title after beating Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu in the finals at the BTTHS covered court, 25-16, 25-21, 25-12.

Meanwhile, the University of St. La Salle took third place after defeating La Carlota City in the consolation game, 25-18, 19-25, 25-19.

BTTHS Vice President for Sports Jose Montalbo, who also served as JGM president, said he is looking forward to next year’s tournament.

“We are looking at teams from Mindanao seeing action next year,” he noted./JSG, WDJ
