A woman was left wounded after she was mauled and hit in the head by a rock Wednesday afternoon in Barangay 12, Bacolod City.

Police identified the victim as 32-year-old Criselda Canillada, a resident of the said area.

Based on Canillada’s statement, she was playing bingo when she was mauled by the suspect, whom police have not identified.

The mauling was eventually stopped and Canillada was brought to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital for treatment.

Canillada sustained a wound to the forehead after the suspect struck her with a rock./DGB, WDJ
