Mabalacat City Vice Mayor Christian Halili, who is part of a delegation of city officials currently in Bacolod City as part of ongoing sisterhood relation obligations between Pampanga and Negros Occidental, said they are looking at the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) as an example for the planned construction of their city hall.

The city official said he was “impressed” by the facility, particularly the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) session hall and city councilor officers.

He also said he was “fascinated” by the BCGC fountain area.

Meanwhile, Halili said he is hoping to have a sisterhood pact signed between his city and Bacolod City and Silay City, adding, he already has a verbal agreement with Silay City Mayor Mark Golez./DGB, WDJ
