The Yanson Group of Bus Companies (YGBC) recently turned over two refurbished tourist buses to the Bacolod City government, worth around P3.6 million.

One bus can seat 55 passengers, while the other can accommodate for 66.

“I hope this donation of a 55-seater bus becomes a symbol of the harmonious relationship [between the company and the city] and I hope that it would be of help to the city and to the community,” said YGBC Business Diversification Manager Casey Olive Yanson.

Present for the turnover were Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia; Councilors Cindy Rojas, Em Ang, Elmer Sy, and Bartolome Orola; among others./WDJ
