Acting Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator, Dr. Lucille Gelvolea, led the turnover of P483,333 worth of barangay insurance benefits to the families of barangay officials from across the province at the Provincial Capitol, yesterday.

The neighborhood officials were enrolled in the Barangay Insurance Program for Barangay Tanods and Barangay Officials and Employees.

Checks were personally received by beneficiaries, together with the authorized barangay official./WDJ
