TESDA to hold livelihood skills competition
The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) will be holding a livelihood skills competition next week, April 19, at the Panaad Covered Court, an event of the upcoming Panaad sa Negros Festival, which opens tomorrow, April 14.
Between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. competition will include cookery, t-shirt hand painting, fresh flower arrangement, fruit and vegetable carving, makeup and hairstyling, and flaretending.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three winners in each category./WDJ
