Negrense athletes take runner-up spots in Manila table tennis tournament

The Lopue’s Table Tennis Association (LOPTTA) athletes took runner-up positions in several divisions of the Uni-Orient 15th TATAND Inter-Scholastic Table Tennis League, which took place recently at San Beda College in Manila.

Ann Gella Borbon, Mariella Mabaquiao, and Micah Tanate finished second place in the high school girls’ team open category; while JJ Templado, John Michael Castro, and Neil John Lauren also won second place in the high school boys’ team open category.

Meanwhile, PNP-Altruists, representing Negros Occidental, come in second place in the men’s executive veterans division.

In the elementary boys’ team open category, Altruists Bacolod came in third place./WDJ
