The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) recently launched the Visayas Open, which closed its Cebu City leg yesterday, and continues to take place at various locations across the Visayas region.
The competition is divided into 22-Under, 16-Under, and 12-Under divisions; with 15 sports being contested, including badminton, table tennis, tennis, marathon, triathlon, open water swimming, judo, boxing, arnis, karatedo, taekwondo, air rifle, archery, fencing, and weightlifting.
The next leg takes place in Naga City, Cebu from June 2 to 3; followed by Tagbilaran City, Bohol from June 9 to 10; Iloilo City from August 11 to 12; Danao City, Cebu from August 25 to 26; an unnamed locality in Aklan from October 27 to 28; and Ormoc City, Leyte from December 1 to 2./JSG, WDJ
