The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Capiz, through its Negosyo Center (NC) in Sapian town, conducted a series of the seminars to the residents of barangays Majanlud and Maninang that also included 4Ps beneficiaries.

A total of 100 participants, 44 in Majanlud and 56 in Maninang, were acquainted in Barangay Entrepreneurship and Development Seminar, Green Economic Development, Go Negosyo Act, Barangay Micro Business Enterprises, Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag-asenso, and Gender and Development.

During the activity, Ms. May Ann C. Cerilo, Business Counselor assigned in NC Sapian, discussed the importance of having the right entrepreneurial mindset to succeed in business.

Aside from this, participants were also informed about the functions of Negosyo Center and were encouraged to avail of its services at the soonest time possible time so that they can start putting up their own business in the municipality of Sapian./WDJ
