Summit wins in Class B

Summit recorded its eighth straight win after beating Cobra, 96-79, in Class B of the ongoing Fil-Sino Athletic Club Asia Brewery Invitational Cup 2018 at Bacolod Tay Tung High School.

The eventual winners led 52-41 at the half, which later extended to 78-62 ahead of the fourth quarter.

Cris Pascua led Summit with 16 points, followed by Marc Lo and Efraim Valencia, who each delivered 12.

Despite the loss, Brix Arrobang scored a total 18 points for Cobra, with Jeremy Coo adding 17.

In the other game, Absolute defeated Nestea, 83-73, with Ramon Khey leading the win with 28 points, followed by Dayven Dreyfus with 18 and Mar Macainan with 12./JSG, WDJ
