Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Senior Trade and Development specialist, Dr. Romel Amihan, recently suggested Negros Occidental micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to visit a local Negosyo Center, which provides amenities including consultations, trainings, seminars, business registration assistance, among other services.

“If you are an entrepreneur who [wishes] to seek advice on business improvement, there are business counselors in Negosyo Centers who are willing to help you,” he explained.

Currently, throughout Negros Occidental, there are Negosyo Centers located in Sipalay City, Bago City, Himamaylan City, EB Magalona, Cauayan, La Castellana, Isabela, Hinoba-an, San Carlos City, Sagay City, Victorias City, Bacolod City, Hinigaran, Kabankalan City, and La Carlota City.

Amihan noted, Negosyo Centers are being eyed for Cadiz City, Binalbagan, and Escalante City./WDJ
