Property developer Megaworld Corporation is set to open the Festive Walk Mall in Iloilo City in April.

“We are excited to bring our lifestyle mall concept to Iloilo – our first outside of Luzon,” said Megaworld Lifestyle Malls head, Senior Vice President Kevin L. Tan during a press briefing yesterday. “This full scale mall will further expand our offerings in [the] Iloilo Business Park as it matures as a township.”

The three-story structure comes at a cost of P2.2 billion with a floor area that spans over 90,000 square meters.

Tan noted, the mall includes its own chapel and will be a pet-friendly facility./WDJ
