At least P300,000 worth of drugs were seized in a buy-bust operation yesterday evening at La Herencia Subdivision, Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City.
Police identified the suspects as Elias Cabugatan, a resident of Barangay 31; and Edwin Vivero of Barangay Estefania.
According to operatives from the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU), they moved in after the suspects handed a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover police officer.
A search later recovered three small and four big sachets of suspected shabu, and drug money amounting to P3,000.
The suspects are facing illegal drugs charges and are presently detained at Police Station 3./DGB, WDJ
