Tchoukball clinic held over the weekend

The Tchoukball Association of the Philippines (TAP), with the Tchoukball Association of Negros (TAN) and the Department of Education (DepEd) Division of Negros Occidental, held a tchoukball clinic over the weekend at the Panaad Park and Stadium covered court.

TAP President Raymund Jamelo; TAN director, Atty. Juliana Carbon; and coaches John Jamelo and Benjie Oray called for the strengthening of the sport in schools. The effort received the endorsement of DepEd Assistant Schools Division Superintendent for Negros Occidental Gladys Amylines Sales.

Also in attendance were Provincial Sports Coordinator Angel Verdeflor and DepEd-Division of Negros Occidental Sports Coordinator Romeo Sison.

TAP will also be conducting a tchoukball coaches training, tentatively scheduled for February 2018./JSG, WDJ
