61 tricycles apprehended by BCPO

After violating local traffic rules and regulation, a total 61 tricycles were impounded at Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) headquarters in Barangay Taculing.

Bacolod Traffic Authority Office (BTAO) head, Police Superintendent Luisito Acebuche, said 60 violators were caught operating without a business permit, while one was without a driver’s license.

Acebuche said the apprehensions were made in coordination with the BCPO.

Meanwhile, he reminded the public to follow traffic rules to avoid inconveniences in their travels.

Acebuche noted, the public’s continued support and understanding is considered in the implementation of traffic rules and needed for the smooth flow of traffic./DGB, WDJ
