After winning Game 1 of the 2017 Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports, Cultural and Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) men’s basketball finals earlier this week, the Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias (CSAV) hopes to sweep the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) in tonight’s Game 2, which starts at 5:30 p.m. at the STI-West Negros University gym.
“It’s been our dream to win this championship title and we want it tonight,” said CSAV co-team manager Paul Oliver Cruz. “[UNO-R] will be more aggressive tonight and [we] will prepare for it.”
“We also have to make necessary adjustments in our offense, particularly with Vladimir Pangantihon and Carl Magbanua,” he added.
