The Concerned Citizens of Negros Occidental for Justice and Against Graft and Corruption (CCNOJAGC) and the Pro-Duterte Support Group (PDSG) recently filed a petition demanding the officer-in-charge of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) office in Bacolod City, along with a senior agent, be relieved from their posts.

According to a letter forwarded to Watchmen Daily Journal, Atty. Renoir Baldovino and Senior Agent Josher Gabriel, Jr. committed “gross travesties of justice,” citing involvement in scandals, including the framing of innocent people and manipulation in favor of the accused.

They say their actions have resulted in a loss of trust and confidence among “the majority of Negrenses and Bacoleños.”

The petition, coordinated by Task Force Kasanag (TFK) national commander John Chiong, is said to have gathered 300 signatures and has been forwarded to President Rodrigo Duterte, Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, the main NBI office, and Ramon Tulfo of the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Watchmen Daily Journal tried reaching out to the local NBI chief, however, he is currently in Metro Manila for a meeting./DGB, WDJ
