Capitol recently earned their first win in the ongoing 2017 D’League at the STI-West Negros University gym after defeating Fyrfyters, 76-71.

The eventual winners opened with a huge 24-8 lead in the first quarter.

They managed to hold on to the advantage, going into the half up 35-24.

Fyrfyters added 22 points to their score in the third period and went into the final quarter down by 10, 56-46; however, the comeback was not enough to overcome the deficit.
