The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), as part of their Bangka Project, recently distributed 50 fiberglass motorized bangka to fishermen from Bacolod City, Hinigaran, and EB Magalona.

The turnover ceremony took place at the Coliseum of Bago City earlier this week.
Present at the event were Department of Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Piñol, Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr., Bago City Mayor Nicholas Yulo, and Abang Lingkod party-list Rep. Stephen Paduano./WDJ
