The Silver MassKara Festival Organization (SMFO) will begin accepting applications for festival kiosks on Friday, September 15, at the MassKara Office, located along the San Juan Street side of the plaza.

Kiosk prices range from P14,000 to P20,000, based on location; and will be in operation from October 1 to 22.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and applicants must submit, along with all application forms, a residency certificate, or cedula.
Payments must be made with the bank, with deposit slips available at the MassKara Office.
Qualified operators must attend an orientation on September 26 at 10:00 a.m. at the BAYS Center.
