Three suspected pushers nabbed in Bacolod City anti-drug operation

Three suspected drug pushers were nabbed in a buy-bust operation conducted in Bacolod City, earlier this week.

Police identified the primary subject of the operation as 38-year-old Carmelo Alcantara, a resident of Camella Homes in Barangay Bata, Bacolod City.

He was arrested alongside Razil and Ryan Silos.

According to a report released by police, the operation was conducted by the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU), led by Police Inspector Adrian James Albaytar, together with members of Police Station 3 (PS3).

Confiscated from the suspects were one big sachet of suspected shabu, four elongated sachets of suspected shabu, one small sachet of suspected shabu, a plastic sachet of suspected marijuana, one P500 bill, a weighing scale, and other drug paraphernalia.

The suspects are currently detained at the custodial facility of PS3./MIS, WDJ
