A senior citizen, along with seven others, was arrested by Police Station 2 (PS2), Thursday night.
Police identified the suspect as 80-year-old Ronnie Cuadra, the primary target of the operation and a resident of Purok Sigay, Barangay 2, Bacolod City.
PS2 commander, Police Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias, said the seven others arrested alongside Cuadra were caught in the act of using illicit substances.
Confiscated from the suspects were 10 elongated sachets of suspected drugs, five small sachets of suspected drugs, and the marked money.
The estimated market value of the confiscated items is P25,000.
The suspects are now under the custody of PS2./WDJ
