Pedestrian shot by tricycle driver

A man walking along Purok Boulevard in Barangay 14, Bacolod City was shot by a tricycle driver, Friday afternoon.
Police identified the victim as Rodolfo Masilyunes and the suspect as Norman Dumip-ig, both residents of the said barangay.
Police Station 1 (PS1) said, while Masilyunes was walking, Dumip-ig shot him with an unknown caliber of firearm, resulting in a gunshot wound on the right portion of his back.
Dumip-ig immediately fled, while Masilyunes was brought to Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) for medical treatment.
PS1 is currently conducting a follow-up investigation into the location and apprehension of the suspect./WDJ
