A traffic enforcer in Canlaon City, Negros Oriental was killed after he was shot by unidentified suspects yesterday morning.
Police identified the fatality as 57-year-old Marshal Resaba, a resident of Purok Angas 2, Barangay Mabigo of the said city.
Canlaon City police chief, Police Chief Inspector Wilfredo Alarcon, said Resaba was riding his motorcycle at the time of the incident.
Unknown to Resaba, he was being followed by the suspects who were also on a motorcycle.
Resaba was killed after sustaining a fatal shot to the back of the head.
Alarcon said they are still trying to determine the motive behind Resaba’s murder./WDJ
