The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) recently sent another batch of relief aid to the residents of Marawi City, who have been displaced due to the ongoing fight between government forces and the Islamic State-backed Maute terror group.
According to acting Provincial Administrator Lucille Gelvolea, the aid package, which was delivered last week, included P1 million cash.
The aid was delivered as part of a convoy sent to Dumaguete City, where they will be shipped to Mindanao.
She added, PSWDO facilitated the shipping of the donations./WDJ
