A suspected drug pusher was arrested by police following a buy-bust operation in Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, yesterday morning.
Police identified the suspect as 36-year-old Rejjie Buatag, a resident of Octagon Housing in the said barangay.
According to the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU), the suspect was nabbed after he handed one sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer in exchange for P200.
After the suspect was cuffed, a search further yielded four more sachets of suspected shabu and a disposable lighter.
The CDEU added, Buatag will undergo drug testing and may face charges for possession and sale of illegal drugs./WDJ
