At least four people were injured after a Ceres bus nearly tipped over along the Bacolod-San Carlos Highway, Sitio Talos, Barangay Igmayaan, Don Salvador Benedicto, Sunday.
Don Salvador Benedicto town police chief, Police Senior Inspector Joevito Bose, said the bus, which was driven by 47-year-old Neil Gemalfin, was heading to Bacolod City when he lost control of the brakes.
With no other option but to stop the vehicle, he was forced to turn the bus, nearly tipping it over, it eventually crashed to a stop on a road barrier.
The bus was reported to be carrying 65 passengers, although Bose stated only four people were treated for minor injuries./WDJ
