Man survives after being shot in Singcang-Airport

A 51-year-old man survived an attempt on his life after he was shot near his home at Purok Neptune, Barangay Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City, Thursday evening.
Police identified the victim as Ronnie Hermoso, a resident of the said barangay.
Police Station 8 (PS8) commander, Police Senior Inspector Wilfredo Benoman, Jr., said Hermoso was allegedly shot by a neighbor, identified as Roel Badayog, using an unknown caliber of firearm.
Hermoso was immediately rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) after sustaining a gunshot wound to the side of his body.
Badayog, meanwhile, managed to elude capture and is currently being pursued by police./WDJ
