A street level drug pusher was arrested by anti-drug operatives of the Tanjay City police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Barangay 7, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, late Monday evening.
Police identified the suspect as Ray Omaña, a resident of the said barangay.
Tanjay City police said they arrested Omaña after he handing one sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for P500.
A search further yielded one more sachet of suspected shabu, the P500 buy-bust money, P500 worth of suspected drug proceeds, the suspect’s motorcycle, and a mobile phone.
Omaña faces illegal drugs charges and is detained at the Tanjay City Police Station./WDJ
