After the successful summer bowling clinic last April, the Sugarbowl Tenpin Association Inc. (STAI) will be hosting the 2nd Summer Tenpin Bowling Clinic at Lopue’s East Bowling Center in Bacolod City on May 22, 24, and 28.
Bowling instructor Herman Santos of STAI said they have added more advanced theories and techniques for the second batch since most of the participants have already joined the clinic at least once.
“Majority of the participants are interested to return so we added topics such as improving accuracy, consistency of game, and enhanced stamina for intermediate bowlers,” Santos stressed. “True enough, the addition of 10 more alleys had a positive response to the bowling community of this city.”
The bowling clinic will feature three courses like introduction to tenpin, basic drills practice, mini fun games, and intermediate level skills.
Registration fee is at P1,000 per person inclusive of t-shirt and certificate.
Joining Santos in the coaching department are Joyce Santos, OJ Lopue, Dan Corcelles, Dr. Tony Vasquez, Richel Gumban, Paulo Inocencio, and Billy Lopue.
For reservations, contact lane manager Grace Abelada at 034-433-5288 or visit the bowling center office./WDJ
