PS6 commander, Police Chief Insp. Jovil Sedel, said their operatives moved in after Mahinay handed over one sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for P200.
They also nabbed other individuals, including two minors, as they were caught in the act of engaging in illegal drug activities.
Overall, police recovered 11 small and one big sachet of suspected shabu with a market value estimated at between P9,000 and P11,000.
They also recovered six drug paraphernalia from the arrested suspects.
