The Ceres Cup broke its own record anew with 465 teams competing in the 2-day 4th Ceres Cup scheduled for May 20-21 at the North Field, Carlos Hilado Memorial State College Football Field, and Sta. Maria Football Field, all in Talisay City.
Ceres Cup, which started with 306 teams in 2014, has grown tremendously through the years. This year, more than 10,000 players, coaches and parents are expected to flock for the weekend’s tournaments.
Spearheading the staging of this tournament are Club Administrator Nicolas Golez as Organizing Committee chairman, and Competitions Director Warren Concepcion./WDJ
