An American citizen was recently arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) after he allegedly uploaded sex videos of him and a local woman in the internet.
NBI Special Investigator William de Arca identified the suspect as 63-year-old Lee David Colglazier, a pensioner and temporarily residing in the country.
De Arca said the suspect was arrested after they received a complaint from his victim.
The victim, who has not been identified for her protection, claimed her boyfriend saw the supposed sex video of her along with Colglazier in an undisclosed porn website.
De Arca also said they managed to track down the suspect’s whereabouts in Bacolod City and served him the search warrant at his apartment.
NBI operatives recovered three mobile phones allegedly used by the suspect to video the incident, and the laptop allegedly used to upload the videos.
The NBI investigator added the laptop also contained several other sex videos of the suspect along with other women and even men.
Colglazier, meanwhile, refused to give any comments to the media, but confirmed he met the victim at a social media site, and paid the victim for sex.
The suspect is facing charges for violating RA 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009, as well as for violating the RA 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012./WDJ
