The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), in partnership with the Negros Occidental provincial government, will hold the 24th Panaad Livelihood Skills Competition on April 28 at the Panaad Covered Court.
The competition is divided into six categories, with events beginning at 9:00 a.m. The top three in each category win cash prizes.
Following registration and an opening ceremony, which start at 7:30 a.m., the first competitions, cookery and web page development begin at 9:00 a.m. Cake decorating and napkin folding start at 10:30 a.m.; while, following lunch, makeup/hairstyling begins at 1:00 p.m. and flair-tending starts at 1:30 p.m.
The contest is an official event of the Panaad sa Negros Festival./WDJ
