Mechanic, welder mauled in Banago

A mechanic and a welder were wounded after they were mauled by unidentified suspects at the Racahe Magginal Wharf, Barangay Banago, Bacolod City, late Tuesday evening.
Police identified the victim as 36-year-old Dondon Camilo, a welder and resident of Purok 1, Magsungay; and Francisco Incarnacion, a mechanic, 47, and resident of Barangay Banago.
In an interview with Camilo following the incident, he said both he and Incarnacion were sitting along the roadside when an unidentified group of men approached them and started mauling them.
Camilo sustained several cuts and bruises on his head, while Incarnacion suffered a cut on his chin and bruising across his body.
Both victims were rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH), where they received further treatment.
Police Station 3 (PS3), meanwhile, is still conducting an investigation over the incident./WDJ
