The NLEX Road Warriors rode a balanced offensive outing to overcome the Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots, 112-105, and stay unbeaten in the PBA Season 50 Commissioners Cup at the Ynares Center in Montalban, Rizal.

Seven players scored in double-digits for the Road Warriors, led by import Cady Lalanne with 24 points and 11 rebounds.

Schonny Winston, Robert Bolick and JB Bahio each had 14 points as NLEX erased a 13-point deficit en route to their second straight win.

The Hotshots were within five points, 108-103, with less than two minutes left, but a missed three-pointer by Rome dela Rosa kept them from further cutting into the lead.

Winston then drilled the dagger triple with 47 seconds left for a 111-103 lead, and the Hotshots ran out of time to complete their comeback.

Import Nuni Omot led Magnolia with 32 points, while Jerom Lastimosa had 23 points in the losing effort.

The Hotshots are now 0-2 in the conference. (ABS-CBN News)
