The Dolphins FC Negros Occidental delivered strong performances at the 1st Mayora Mayette Javellana Football Festival in Negros Occidental’s Bago City, emerging as champions in the Born 2010 division and finishing second runner-up in the Women’s Open Born 2012 category.
The youth football club showcased depth and consistency across age groups in the tournament hosted in Bago City, competing against teams from various parts of Negros Occidental and nearby areas.
The Dolphins FC’s Born 2010 squad capped its campaign with a championship finish, displaying disciplined play and teamwork throughout the festival.
Meanwhile, the club’s Women’s Open Born 2012 team also made a deep run, securing a second runner-up placement after a competitive set of matches.
The football festival, named after Javellana, served as a platform for grassroots development, bringing together young footballers and women athletes in a celebration of local talent and sportsmanship.
