Manila, Philippines — The latest 2025 Pre-Election Senatorial Preferential Survey conducted by Tangere concluded with a tie between brothers Media Executive Ben ‘Bitag’ Tulfo and ACT-CIS Representative Erwin Tulfo, who each garnered 53% voter preference. Ben ‘Bitag’ Tulfo was more popular with voters aged 18-25 years old, while Rep. Erwin Tulfo was favored by older respondents. This marks the second month in which a significant decline was noted for Rep. Tulfo. The decrease is attributable to concerns regarding Rep. Tulfo’s citizenship.
