Three individuals were arrested following the confiscation of P2.04 million worth of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation in Bacolod City’s Barangay Tangub on Saturday night, August 10.
Jerome Paurillo, 37 years old, a resident of Barangay Camangcamang in Negros Occidental’s Isabela town, alleged to be a member of the Bugalon Drug Group, was arrested after authorities recovered nine sachets of suspected shabu weighing 300 grams during the operation.
It also resulted in the arrest of two other high-value individuals, 29-year-old Lloyd Paul Toculan from Valladolid town, and 32-year-old Aive Jean Colonia from Hinigaran town.
Bacolod City Police Office director Joeresty Coronica said the three suspects were headed to Bacolod, with one having connections to Silay City.
Coronica also mentioned that the investigation is ongoing to determine the source of the illegal drugs.
