According to PVO’s report, as of July 22, pork prices have decreased by P0.31 per kilo, while chicken prices have dropped by P0.14 per kilo.
Beef, on the other hand, has also seen a decrease of P0.92 per kilo.

The lowest price for pork was recorded in Toboso town, while Hinigaran town had the highest price.
Meanwhile, egg prices have seen a significant increase.
PVO’s latest report shows that small-sized eggs are priced at P7.87 each, medium at P8.57, large at P9.28, and extra-large at P10.04.
Salted eggs are sold at P16.81 each, and balut (unfertilized duck egg) at P29.97.
The PVO said the price changes may be attributed to various factors, such as supply and demand, transportation costs, and other economic factors affecting the agricultural sector./JB, WDJ
