Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson is awaiting the guidelines for the release of the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) to the provincial government employees.

Lacson said the provincial government is ready to release the PBB as soon as they receive the guidelines.

Earlier, the Progressive Alliance of Capitol Employees (PACE) requested Lacson to release the bonus after the provincial government received the Seal of Good Local Governance last year.

PACE chairman Engineer Ruben Diamante said more than 60 percent of the salary bonus for regular and casual employees will be received once the governor approves the PBB’s release./DGB, WDJ
