Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOCPPO) director, Colonel Leo Pamittan, is set to hand over the reins of the provincial police force soon following a stellar performance.

In an assessment by Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson, Pamittan’s performance as provincial police director was excellent, since NOCPPO was recognized as the Best Police Provincial Office in the country.

Lacson is hoping that Pamittan’s successor will exceed his performance.

Although Pamittan’s successor has yet to be named, Lacson vowed that the provincial government would continue supporting the Philippine National Police.
