Around 2,000 employees of the Negros Occidental provincial government are set to receive extra bonuses in December.
Engineer Ruben Diamante, Progressive Alliance of Capitol Employees (PACE) president, announced that regular and casual capitol employees will each receive a P5,000 performance enhancement incentive, and a P25,000 collective negotiation agreement bonus next month.
Diamante clarified that contract of service and job order employees would be entitled to gratuity pay.
While the majority of qualified capitol employees have already received their 14th-month pay and Christmas bonus, Diamante acknowledged that some delays may be attributed to missing documents.
However, he assured that the employees would eventually receive their bonuses following the submission of the required paperwork.
