Stall occupants at the MassKara Festival sites will not be allowed to operate unless they present health cards.
Bacolod City administrator Pacifico Maghari III said this is to ensure that these businesses, particularly food stalls, are observing cleanliness and compliant with the sanitation permit.
The City Health Office conducts regular inspection and monitoring of stalls if the occupants are wearing their health cards.
“During the inspection, it was observed that others, particularly in the eateries selling grilled products, were not wearing their health cards. They were told that they are not allowed to sell if they have no health IDs [identification cards],” Maghari said.
