A man was arrested once again during a drug buy-bust operation in Negros Occidental’s Silay City on Friday, September 22.

Noli Dicto, 29 years old, was apprehended at his residence in Barangay 2’s Bonifacio Kalye Onse at 4:08 p.m.

Eleven plastic sachets of suspected shabu worth P102,000 were recovered.

Silay police said Dicto was also arrested in 2021 for the same offense, in violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

He was out of jail due to plea bargaining.
