The remains of two individuals were found at a rice paddy at Barangay Dulao’s Purok Talutog in Negros Occidental’s Bago City yesterday morning.

Authorities have yet to identify the two men, believed to be in their 20s and 30s.

They were hogtied, and their mouths and noses were covered with packing tape.

Hoses were wrapped around their necks.

One of them was wearing a black shirt and red and black shorts, and had a compass tattoo on his back.

The other one was also wearing a black shirt and checkered black and gray shorts, and had a tattoo on his right shoulder.

Bago police said no gunshot or stab wounds were found on their bodies.

Police added that the victims were found by a local resident while herding his ducks in the rice paddy.

They said the residents in the area cannot identify the victims.

It was believed that they were killed somewhere else and their remains were only dumped in the area./DGB, WDJ
