The driver of an electric tricycle, who allegedly hit a senior citizen last week, is still at-large, police said.

Bacolod Police Station 4 chief, Police Captain Francis Depasucat, said the suspect has not yet surrendered.

On September 7, 72-year-old Noli Chan, a resident of the city’s Barangay Villamonte, was allegedly hit by an e-tricycle along Circumferential Road in Barangay Montevista.

He succumbed to severe injuries to his head.

He was rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital but he was declared dead on arrival./WDJ
