A security guard was shot to death while riding his bicycle at Barangay Daan Banua in Negros Occidental’s Kabankalan City on Wednesday night, September 6.

Police said an unidentified assailant shot the guard several times.

The victim was on his way to work in the village’s Sitio Comon.

He succumbed to two bullet wounds.

He was rushed to the Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital but he was dead on arrival.

An investigation is ongoing./WDJ
